I bought a tutorial/template, where can I find it?
1. Log on to https://learn.sugarcakeschool.com/users/sign_in with the Email and Password you created (If you signed in with Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+, simply log in with your account details by clicking the corresponding icon buttons).
2. Go to ‘My Dashboard’ on the top right hand corner of the navigation bar
3. You’ll be able to see all your purchased courses & templates in your Dashboard. Simply click on the course/tutorial that you’d like to access.
4. You can watch & access all your materials now! Pay attention to the navigation section on the left which will show you all the chapters & materials within your purchased course.
How can I unsubscribe from weekly email reminders?
1. Log on to https://learn.sugarcakeschool.com/users/password/new with the Email and Password you created (If you signed in with Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+, simply log in with your account details by clicking the corresponding icon buttons).
2. Click the little downward arrow at the top right corner of the screen (it should be on the far right of the navigation bar).
3. Go to ‘My Account’.
4. On the left navigation bar, click ‘Notifications’
5. Uncheck the box which says ‘Send me a weekly reminder email’ and you’re done!
Am I able to purchase courses if my local currency is different to USD?
Absolutely! We list our course items in USD as we are using a .com platform, but upon checking out, your purchase will automatically convert to your local currency. Please be aware that Paypal payments are known to have a different currency exchange rate to regular credit card payments and all currency exchange rates are subject to constant change. You should also know that whilst it is not common, some banks have been known to charge an additional fee for international online purchases. Please contact your bank if you require further information on bank charges for international online purchases.
What can I do if I am having issues watching/viewing my tutorial?
Here are a few things to try if you are having issues watching your course:
1. Ensure that you have secure Internet connection and then click your browser ‘Refresh button’.
2. Try watching the Course on a different web browser. For instance, if you were logged on with Safari, try logging on with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to see if this makes a difference. Sometimes, certain default browser settings can block view ability.
3. Try watching the Course on a different device. For instance, if you were watching from a work desktop, try switching to your tablet or phone to see if this makes a difference. Sometimes, certain default device settings can block view ability.

How do I download & use my purchased Business Templates?
1. Log on to learn.sugarcakeschool.com with the Email and Password you created (If you signed in with Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+, simply log in with your account details by clicking the corresponding icon buttons).
2. Go to ‘My Dashboard’ on the top right hand corner of the navigation bar
3. Click on the Business Template that you have purchased and then click the ‘Resume Course’ button
4. Download all course materials (Intro PDF & Templates)
5. You’ll notice that the downloaded templates are contained within a ZIP folder. Because there are so many individual templates contained within each purchase, we have wrapped them up into a neat packaged called a ZIP folder. This saves you the trouble of having to download multiple documents.

Where can I find receipts for my purchases?
Receipts for your purchases would be emailed to you shortly after your purchase. You can also view your order history by logging into learn.sugarcakeschool.com and going to My Account > Order History
